His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Enitan, Ooni of Ife, has caused a stir online over a video showing the moment he exchanged greetings with veteran actors Pete Edochie and Kanayo O. Kanayo at recent party.

Popular entrepreneur and founder/CEO of Elin Group Limited, Elizabeth Jack Rich, threw a lavish party for her 40th birthday on Tuesday, May 23, and it was starstudded.

The likes of the Ooni of Ife, Kanayo O. Kanayo and Pete Edochie were among the prominent figures spotted at the event.

The new clip which Kanayo shared on his Instagram page showed the moment he, alongside Pete, approached Ooni’s table at the event as they gave the traditional ruler the popular Igbo back handshake.

The viral video has, however, triggered mixed reactions from netizens as many knocked the actors for not respecting traditions, Some blamed the Ooni, while others defended the veteran actors.
