The official result announced across the collation centers in the state showed that the PDP won a majority of the seat while that of the Boripe/Boluwaduro constituency earlier suspended till Sunday was won by the All Progressives Congress.

It was reported that in his GRA (A1) Polling Unit 010, in Keffi, the headquarters of Keffi Local Government Area, the PDP got 159 votes, while APC polled 129 as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission’s presiding officer, Okoh Everest.

The result also showed that the Social Democratic Party got one vote, while the Labour Party, got zero. However, recall that two days before the February 18 election, LP had collapsed its structure into the PDP for the governorship and State House of Assembly poll.
