Old Naira Notes Became Tool For Vote Buying In Kaduna, Mostly Poor Women Were Paid 1k To 2k-Sani

In the just concluded 2023 governorship and state house of assembly elections across the country, Shehu Sani, a former senator for Kaduna Central has taken on his verified Twitter to say the old naira notes became the tool for vote buying in Kaduna State.

 Shehu Sani recently posted on his microblogging, Twitter to say the old naira notes that was made legal tender by the Supreme Court became the tool for vote buying in Kaduna State.

However, Shehu Sani made it known in his statement that among the people that were paid from 1k to 2k for their votes were mostly poor women within the metropolis and beyond. 

In his tweet, Shehu Sani wrote below:
