Nigerian Singer, Oxlade Shares Career-related Advise Wizkid Gave Him

Popular Nigerian singer, Oxlade has shared career-related advice superstar singer, Wizkid gave him as a mentor.

This was revealed in an interview with Oxlade on Kiss FM UK where he revealed how it felt for him to perform on the same stage with the superstar.

The 25-year-old Nigerian singer pointed out that Wizkid has always been like a big brother to him, coming from the same ‘hood’ and also pointing out that the chemistry has always been there.

“He’s like, you see what I’m doing bro. Build your own story. He doesn’t want you to do the exact things he did or make the same mistakes he made, because experience is the best teacher.

“So, like, you just watch what he’s doing. Pick some things from it and then implement it into your own life and brand.”

It would be recalled that the Grammy Award-winning musician, Wizkid brought up fast rising Oxlade on stage to perform alongside him at the Accor Arena in Paris.
