Reekado Banks Reveals He Didn’t Release The Original Version Of His 2019 Hit Single, ‘Rora’

Former Mavin Records signee, Reekado Banks, has disclosed the viral version of his 2019 song, ‘Rora’, is not the original version.

The singer disclosed this in a Twitter post on Friday, February 25, 2022, three years after dropping the song.

Reekado Banks said he and his producer lost the original files of ‘Rora’. He re-recorded the song, but didn’t feel like the initial version.

He added that they found the files four months later. He shared; “We lost the original files for Rora. Tried to re-record but it didn’t feel the same,” he said.

“We found the files 4 months later. Not sure why I’m saying that but blessed weekend my people,” Reekado Banks added.
